a haven of comfort
automated curtains convenient location furnished rooms ipad control
the technology in the room impressed me, especially the automated curtains, i found this a tender touch. the location proved advantageous, with the museum station a short walk away.. i could reach the airport quickly. furnished rooms were new. the ipad controlled everything, a very cute feature i have to mention.
I noticed the lack of bottled water in my room. They were out of stock. this was unusual and slightly disappointing, i was really expecting it.
Facilities
8/10
the building included a swimming pool and fitness room, however i thought they were not quite what one might expect considering the pricing. there were some interesting relics on display, and i did appreciate the clever decoration.
Location
9/10
its location was very convenient, just a short walk from the museum station. i was in proximity to many attractions and transport options. it was easy to get to haymarket and china town area as well as town hall station.
Service
10/10
The staff were helpful, especially in the breakfast room. They were professional and friendly. one french receptionist checked me in quickly, but unfortunately i did not catch her name. overall, i found interactions with staff good.
Dining

the hotel had a cafe downstairs, a real convenience if i wanted coffee or a quick breakfast. the on-site restaurants were very nice, but i had to find the information myself. i loved the breakfast..
